I'm so glad you are here

Let me guide you

I am a life coach
who specialises in helping and guiding women to find joy again after experiencing loss.

Loss comes in many forms…

  • Loss of identity – Who am I now I’m a mum? Who am I now I’m changing careers?

  • Loss of a loved one through death – How can I go on without them?

  • Loss of a sense of community when you change jobs or are made redundant – How do I get through without that sense of community and connection now I’ve left that work place?

  • Loss of a relationship – Who am I now that the relationship is over and I am single? Who am I on my own?

  • Loss of a dream – How can I let that dream go? Who will I be once I let it go?

Have you experienced loss in some form and need some help and guidance to move forward with life?

Do you feel a little stuck? You are going through your days but lack lust for life.

I’m the coach for you if you…

  • Have experienced loss in one of its many forms

  • Are unsure how to move forward with your life

  • Want to experience more joy in your life

  • Are committed to taking action to move forward

I’m not the coach for you if…

  • You have very recently experienced loss. Perhaps at this time you are more likely to need the help of a trained counsellor or psychologist.

  • You want someone to tell you what to do. Coaching works by me guiding you to the right answers that you have within you

  • You are not open to moving forward with life to experience more joy.

"I would recommend Karen to coach and guide anyone that feels lost or unsure about where they need to go next in life or who are struggling with something and need to get clear on how to manage it and to step forward with a positive and confident approach."

Sue - client 2019

It's like the brightest sunrise
Waiting on the other side of the darkest night
Don't ever lose hope, hold on and believe
Maybe you just haven't seen it, just haven't seen it yet
You're closer than you think you are
Only moments from the break of dawn
All His promises are just up ahead

Danny Gokey - Haven't seen it yet
